Disciplinaries and Grievances

It’s never easy to deal with conflict in the workplace, but it is important that disciplinaries and grievances are handled properly and with care. That’s where we come in.

  • Before a disciplinary or grievance can be resolved, it must be fully investigated. We can either assist or do this on behalf of you.

  • Do you have a member of staff who has demonstrated behaviour that is unacceptable to you as an employer? We can advise you on the correct steps and procedure to follow.

  • Have you received a complaint/grievance from a member of staff? We can help you with the correct process to follow and provide any necessary documentation.

  • To prevent the occurrence of behaviour that results in disciplinaries, we can help you implement strategies and preventative mearures.
