With qualifications in HR and Employment Law, Polly has over 20 years of experience working in HR in a variety of industries and a wealth of experience with all kinds of different HR situations.
Polly is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and from 2013 – 2015 Polly enjoyed the role of Chairperson of the Bath and Wiltshire branch of the CIPD.
