Rathbone HR featured at Marlborough College Club Day

Polly from Rathbone HR was delighted to be asked to speak on a panel yesterday evening focused on the workplace of the future as part of the Marlborough College Club Day, which this year was held virtually.

Polly says, “It was an absolute honour to share a virtual stage with James Reed, Chairman of Reed Global, Jeremy Cohen of Geometry Global and Karen Hill from Health and Case Management.  It was fascinating to hear from experts in their field about the events of 2020 from recruitment, health and consumer spending perspectives.

We also discussed how employers can support employees who are working remotely and the various opportunities for innovative and different thinking created by the coronavirus pandemic. There was certainly a lot to discuss!
